Pretty nose of apricots, peaches, orange zest, shortbread and cream. Light-to medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine bubbles. Very fresh and balanced with a creamy, lemony and biscuity palate.

A delicious, nervy and well-driven blanc de noirs, consisting of 50% pinot noir and 50% pinot meunier. The nose expresses notes of spiced pears, almond powder and stones. Dense and vivid with a delicious center-palate. Flavorful finish with length.
